I want to perform a simulation in the dark (0-7V vvolt) and observe the I(V) characteristics of a PIN diode. The diode has dimensions of 1/2 micrometer, is made of Germanium material, and has Titanium electrodes. However, I am a beginner and would appreciate some assistance. Can someone help me?
