Hello Allpix Community,

finally, we’ve managed to finish and publish HR GaAs:Cr transport parameters study.
If you need to simulate some setup with this material you could check this paper, where you could find the mobility, lifetimes values for HR GaAs:Cr (Tomsk production). Advacam’s GaAs parameters are coming :slight_smile:
