Sorry if this is a stupid question but I will soon have a testbeam and will need to use Corryvrecken. Is it recommended to have a separate installation or can you use the corryvrecken from the install of allpix2?

you will want a separate installation of Corryvreckan. The bits and pieces we ship with Allpix Squared are just the bare minimum to allow us to write the Corryvreckan file format, but nothing more.
For testbeam reconstruction with Corryvreckan there might also be additional dependencies such as EUDAQ you might need to install.
