Clarification on Amplifier Response Output in CSADigitizer Module

Hello everyone ,
I am currently working on a simulation with the CSADigitizer module. And I obtained a curve with “Amplifier Response” on the y-axis and time (ns) on the x-axis. However, I am uncertain whether the amplifier response represents charge or voltage in this context.
Could anyone clarify this for me please?
