Carbon atom incidence

Dear all,

I simulated the incidence of carbon atoms into the SSD and collected the charge. The final result is that most of the Particle ID is 11 and only a few Particle ID is 1000060120.
what is the reason for this? Is it because the carbon atoms have all reacted away?

Hi @Bail

very likely only resulting electrons left energy in your silicon sensor. If you want to know what Geant4 does, simply set:

[Allpix]
log_level = INFO

[GeometryBuilderGeant4]
log_level_g4cout = INFO

to get all information reported by Geant4.
