Hi! I want to simulate a square diode, 55µm by 55µm, and 275µm thick, which has some cavities on one side. How is it possible to implement these cavities, like in the case of GEANT4?

short answer: no - but we’re working on it. 
long answer: if you need to fill these cavities with a different material (or remove the sensor material) currently we cannot do this. The reason is that Geant4 stands in our way, have a look at the ticket Follow-up from "3D Implants, Many" (#259) · Issues · Allpix Squared / Allpix Squared · GitLab which gives some background and additional links. Essentially there is an issue scaling this to hundreds of thousands of pixels - which many simulated detectors have.
